have non destructive editing

The program is amazing, and an amazing price, but it needs to store edits, or at the very least, create a backup of the file being worked on. It is so easy to alter an image, then change your mind later and not be able to get the original back. You could work off backup files, but that is time consuming and cumbersome. The program feels and works like Lightroom, it would be fantastic if it had Lightroom's non destructive editing at it's core.
